Union, Aug 6 - Mrs Rebecca Scott McVey, wife of Mr Z T McVey, entered into rest at the home of her parents, Mr and Mrs J T Ayers, at Sinks Grove, this county, at 6:30 o'clock on Wednesday morning, July 28, thus following her little babe to the grave after three days. She had been desperately ill for nearly a week. Mrs McVey was 30 years of age. She was married about a year ago, and this sad ending of her life is a heart-breaking tragedy to her husband and the family who loved her, with whom their friends profoundly empathize.
