| Birth: | May 2, 1874 Tipton County Indiana, USA | | Death: | Dec. 7, 1915 Reading Hamilton County Ohio, USA | (Note: Per the original creator of this entry, the cemetery record book shows Alice's death as "1916." It is assumed this date is in error, or was an estimation of the Dec 7, 1915 death date, since the obituary shows her as having died on Dec 7, 1915).
Full name: Amanda Alice "Alice" (Durham) Moore Avery
Wife of: 1. Joseph H. W. Moore 2. Jacob Edward Avery
(It's unclear why her obituary is under her Moore surname while the cemetery record is under Avery).
