Esther Jeanette Ault, 85, Michigantown, died Oct. 21, 2008, at Milner's Health Care Center, Rossville.
Mrs. Ault was a 1940 graduate of Michigantown High School. She was an Avon representative for 48 years. Her memberships include Michigantown Methodist Church and American Legion Auxiliary.
She was born Aug. 31, 1923, in Clinton County to Jacob M. and Andra (Scott) Crum. She married Charles R. Ault on Aug. 24, 1944, in Lafayette and he preceded her in death on Aug. 23, 1975.
Surviving are two sons, Alan (Sandy) Ault of Evansville and Kevin (Linda) Ault of Michigantown; three daughters, Phylis (Fred) Canada of Frankfort, Martha (Al) Auffart of Cutler and Anita (Warren) Bailey of Rossville; two brothers, Roy Crum and Devon (Sarah) Crum, both of Michigantown; two sisters, Marie Berry of Frankfort and Carol Smith of Forest; eight grandchildren, Gail (Steven) Girten, Cara (Brian) Folz, Theresia Auffart, Megan Auffart, Nathan (Stella) Ault, Danielle Ault, Kendra (Ron) Warf and Clayton Bailey; and six great-grandchildren and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
