Overine Augustine died at Mercy hospital this morning at 10 o'clock, where he had been confined the past week. He had recently made his home at the Salvation Army headquarters, and at intervals had | lived at the County Home.
The deceased was born in Galesburg, Ill Aug. 14. 1847. Efforts were being made today to locate a son, Dalbert in Rock Island, who survives besides a sister, Mrs. Manerva Kasenberg of Viola, III. Mr. Augustine had lived in Davenport since October. 1920. and. for five years preceding that time lived in Rock Island.
The body was taken to the M. V. Boies Co., mortuary until the son is reached.
