AUDLEY PETER ALAN Died at his home in San Carlos on March 22, 2003, one day after his 63rd birthday. A stroke was determined to be the cause of death. Pete grew up in Burlingame, graduated from Carlmont High School, attended the College of San Mateo, served in the United States Navy and spent his entire working career with Trans World Airlines. Pete was a pilot (holding private, commercial and instructors licenses for both fixed wing aircraft and helicopters), a photographer and a model train enthusiast among his many interests. A long time member of the First Presbyterian Church of Burlingame, he was a member of its Chancel Choir. Pete is survived by his brother, Richard, three nephews, Michael, James and David, three great nieces, Sarah, Margot and Claire and a great nephew, William, to all of whom he was lovingly "Uncle Petey." Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at the Burlingame First Presbyterian Church (Easton at El Camino Real) at 7:00 on the evening of Thursday, April 3, 2003. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the California P.E.O. Home, 10 Kirk Avenue, San Jose, California 95125, where both Pete's mother and grandmother spent their final years.
