Claire (Brault) Aubin, 85, of Bristol, loving wife of Vernon "Mike" Aubin, died on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Sheriden Woods Health Care Center. Claire was born in Bristol on December 23, 1924 and was a daughter of the late Arthur and Corinne (Mailloux) Brault. She resided in Bristol all of her life and was employed at the Superior Electric Company, Bristol for 25 years before retiring in 1985. She was a member of St. Ann Church, Bristol. In addition to her husband, Claire is survived by a daughter, Christine Aubin and her husband, David Danks of Saratoga Springs, NY; a sister, Cecile Fournier of Bristol; two grandchildren, Henry and Lucy Danks; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 18, 2010, 10 A.M. at St. Ann Church, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Relatives and friends may call at the Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol on Wednesday from 8:30 to 9:30 A.M.
