Arlie Bell Atwood, 79, Campbellsville, died Saturday, Oct. 5, 1991, at the Taylor County Hospital after an illness.

She was the daughter of the late Clell Mings and Eliza Ann Callahan, Taylor County, and was a member of the Raikes Hill Baptist Church.

Atwood is survived by her husband, Harley Atwood; six sons and two daughters, Howard Wright, Marshfield, Mo., Jimmy Lee Wright, Shepherdsville, Lester Ray Wright, Taylorsville, Ill., Raymond Atwood, Knifley, Robert Atwood and Larry Atwood, both of Campbellsville, Helen Beatrice Addison, Elkton, Ky., and Estelle Woodrum, Elkhorn; 20 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers, one sister and one half-brother, the Rev. Joe Mings, Greensburg, Jessie M. Mings, Mannsville, Faye Parsley, Red Boiling Springs, Tenn., and Arthur Mings, Scottsburg, Ind.; several other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by one son and two half-sisters, Walter Eugene Wright, Lora Holcomb, and Vieda Bradford.

Funeral services !
were at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7, 1991, at the Lyon-DeWitt
Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Feathersburg Cemetery. The Rev. George Hancock officiated.
Pallbearers were Ray McKinley Skaggs, Richard Hudson, Darrell Wright, Michael Woodrum, Kenny Mings, Buster Allen, and Jason Skaggs.
