Heavy Artillery, June 4, 1862.
Lt. Colonel, Dec 18,1862.
Captured at Sayler's Creek about
Apr 6, 1865. Released May 9,
1865. Became a merchant in
Wilmington after moving to
Wilminton in 1866.
