Mrs. Elizabeth Atkins Aquino, 86, formerly of Caruthersville, died March 31, 1995 at Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas. Born Aug. 23, 1908 at Jackson, Tenn., she was the daughter of Joe Sam and Rhoda Chandler Atkins. She was a housewife and a member of First Christian Church. She was the widow of Dr. Philip J. Aquino.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Mary Beth Aquino of Fair Oaks Ranch; A daughter, Jane Aquino Osuga of Grove City, Ohio; A sister, Johnnie Edwina Linebaugh of Marathon, Fla.; Three granddaughters, Lisa Gordon of Chicago, Amanda Aquino of San Antonio and Lisa Aquino of Fair Oaks Ranch; Three great-grandchildren, Christopher and Jonaustin Aquino and Alana Gordon; Two nephews, Dr. R.L. Clough and Bob Linebaugh; And two nieces, Joan Hughes and Janet McCray.
Services were April 4 at 10:30 a.m. at First Christian Church, the Rev. Robert Griffin officiating, with burial in Little Prairie Cemetery. Dean Funeral Home of Caruthersville in charge.
