Marabell Ashcraft Willey Anderson, 88
FRAZEYSBURG - Marabell Ashcraft Willey Anderson, 88, of Coshocton, formerly of Frazeysburg, died at 6:10 a.m. Sunday, July 1, 2007, at Coshocton Memorial Hospital.
Born July 14, 1918, in Jackson Township of Muskingum County, she was the daughter of the late Mansfield and Lulu Drumm Ashcraft. Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker and a former employee of the Mosaic Tile Company, Essex Wire and the Ohio Plastics Co. She was a member of the old Fairview Church and had attended Perryton United Methodist Church.
Surviving are three grandchildren, Lisa (David) Hallaman of Canton, Mara Lee (Donis) Mitchell of Coshocton and Kara Fortney of Warsaw; eight great-grandchildren, Shelby Fortney, Gabriel Mitchell, Maisie Mitchell, Jacob Mitchell, Mandalin Mitchell, Gunner Willey, Garren Willey and Nicholas Hallaman; a daughter in-law, Anna Gayle Willey of Warsaw; three stepsons, Robert (Janet) Anderson Jr. and Randy (Vicky) Anderson of Newark and Dennis (Tracy) Anderson of Bladensburg; one stepdaughter, Judy (William) Schmidt of Phoenix, Ariz.; 12 stepgrandchildren; several stepgreat-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Floyd Willey, who passed away in 1981; her second husband, Robert E. Anderson, who passed away in 2000; her son, Gerald L. Willey, who passed in 2005; two brothers, Leland and Lincoln Ashcraft; and two stepdaughters, Candy and Melanie Anderson.
Calling hours will be 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 5, at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr and Chute Funeral Home, 110 W. Third Street.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2007, at the funeral home with the Rev. Roger Nichols officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
