Cloie Elizabeth Massengill, 95, of Ooltewah, died on Sunday, May 28, 2006, at a local health care facility.
She was a member of Collegedale SDA Church and retired as a proofreader from the College Press. She lived in Chattanooga and Collegedale for more than 70 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Verlan Massengill.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Robert A. Lorren; daughter, Barbara Elizabeth Moore, both of Ooltewah; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel with Pastor Dwight Herod officiating. Burial will be in Collegedale Cemetery.
