d/o Richard Otis and Alma Ruth (Bradley) Colley.
She married Sammie "Pete" Asbury on November 1, 1953, in Higbee, and he survives.

Also surviving are her children, Diane and husband Billy Potts of Clark, Kim Truesdell of Moberly, Brad Asbury of Columbia, MO; grandchildren, Bryan Truesdell and wife Jenny,
Tyler Gardner and wife Jennifer, Eric Truesdell, Amber Gardner, Courtney Lancaster, Leslie Bailey and husband Lance, Amanda Potts, Bruce Potts, Jarred Potts and wife Shelly;,
great-grandchildren, Harley Gardner, Katelyn and Kristin Bailey, Baby Lancaster, Alexis, Alyssa, and Clayton Cook, Ozlynn and Ayden Potts; brother, Rick Colley and wife Jackie of Harrisburg, MO; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Wilma Cable.

Miss Beverly Ann Colley, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Colley, Route 1, Clark, became the bride of Sammie White Asbury, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Asbury, Route 1, Clark, in a ceremony performed Nov. 1. The 6 o'clock service was read in the home of the officiating minister, Searcy White, minister of the Church of Christ at Higbee.

Attending the couple were the bride's brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Herold Wayne Cable of Clark. The bridegroom's sisters and brother, Miss Ruth Asbury of Macon, Miss Ercell Lou Asbury of Moberly, and Clytis Asbury, also attended.

The bride wore a gray ensemble with red accessories and a corsage of red roses, also the traditional something old, something new, and a penny in her shoe.

Mrs. Cable wore a navy costume and a corsage of yellow chrysanthemums.

Mrs. Asbury attended Harrisburg High School and is employed at the City Bank in Moberly. Mr. Asbury attended Renick High School and graduated in 1945. He is now engaged in farming.

The couple spent a honeymoon in the Ozarks. They are now making their home in Moberly.
