The death of Allen J. Arthur
occurred at the family residence in
Watertown Saturday night at the age
of twenty years. The illness of the
young man was brief, being stricken
With influenza which was followed by
pneumonia with fatal results. He was
born in Cape Vincent, his mother before
marriage being Miss Lizzie
Murray, of this place. Besides his
parents, he is survived by one sister.
The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon
and the interment made in Glenwood
cemetery
