Edna F. Arter, 77, of 415 Locust St., Columbia, died Tuesday morning at Lancaster General Hospital after a brief illness.
She was the wife of the late Gerald M. Arter, who died in 1989.
Born in Manheim Township, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mable Kamm Deen.
Surviving are two sons, Joseph O. Willcos, Lancaster, and Charles E. Willcox, Ballard, Calif.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Charles Deen, New Providence.
