ARROWOOD, William "Satch" age 58, of Middletown, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 5, 2011 after a lengthy illness and short stay at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. He was born August 23, 1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was employed for 25 years as a mason for Union Local 18 before retiring. He was a member of the Princeton Pike Church Of God. Satch was an avid hunter and bass fisherman. He touched so many lives and he was loved by so many. We will miss you terribly, but know you are in heaven fishing with the angels. The world lost a great man, wonderful husband, son, father, papaw, and friend. The family would like to send a heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Lorelei's Place (Hospice of Middletown). He is survived by his wife of almost 39 years, Vanessa "Gail" Arrowood; his mother, Leona Wooldridge of Mason; four children, Josh (Jody) Eric (Julie), Mindie Arrowood and Lena Arrowood all of Middletown; nine grandchildren, Greg, J.J., Tyler, and Jeremiah Arrowood, Gabriel Arrowood, Gage Roberts, Jordan Arrowood, and Ben and Cassie Brewer; brother, Danny Wooldgridge of Middletown; sisters-in-law, Lee (Gary) Moore of Crystal River, Florida and Connie Arrowood (Vincent Kelly) of Monroe; Brothers-in-law, Tommy (Cindy) Arrowood of Preble County and Kenny (Rita) Arrowood of Middletown; beloved best friend, Russ (Punky) Ashley of Middletown and many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who were left behind to cherish their memories of a wonderful man. Visitation will be Monday, May 9, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown.
