1995 Mar 24 Fri p.11A FOREST CITY – Doris Arrowood Alley,63,of 656 Old Henrietta Road,died Thursday,March 23,1995 at Rutherford Hospital. She was a retired textile employee. Survivors include her husband,O.W.Alley Jr.;two sons Earl Dean Alley and Donald Ray Alley, both of Forest City; one brother,Roland Arrowood of Rutherfordton;three sisters,Mofo Laughter and Emma Parker,both of Union Mills and Maxine Holbrooks of Immokalee,Fla.;two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The funeral will be 2 p.m.Saturday at Crestview Baptist Church with the Revs.Paul Brock,Boyce Gregory and Hoyt Holbrooks officiating. Burial will be in Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery. The body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m.at Harrelson Funeral Home in Caroleen.
