Mrs. V. R. Goodwin
Mrs. V. R. Goodwin, formerly of Coshocton, died at Mound Park hospital, St. Petersvurg, [sic] Fla., Tueday [sic] morning following a three month illness.
Vernal Aronhalt was born in Lafayette township May 28, 1885, a daughter of John E. and Minnie Miller Aronhalt. In 1930 she was married to Verne R. Goodwin, who died in 1942. She had made her home in Coshocton and St. Petersbburg [sic] for many years.
In early life she was a mlliner and for several years was associated with the Robertson Hat Shop.
She was a lifelong member of Grace Methodist church, a member of the WSCS anl [sic] the Homemakers club.
Surviving are a nephew, Robert Conley1 [sic] of St. Petersburg; three grandnieces and several cousins in the Coshocton vicinity. One sister is deceased.
Funeral services will be Monday at 2:30 at the Glass funeral home. Rev. Aaron Cunningham will officiate. Burial will be in South Lawn cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home between 2 and 4, 7 and 9 p.m. Sunday and until time of services Monday.
