ARTHUR H. ARNOTT
SHERRILL -- Arthur H. Arnott, 64, of 150 Cottage Place, died Saturday in his home.
He was born in Verona but had been a resident of Sherrill for 48 years. He was employed by Oneida Ltd.
He married Mary Hughes. He was a member of the Community Associated Clubs and the Sherrill Masonic Lodge.
Besides his wife, he leaves a son, George, and a daughter, Mrs. Marilyn Butler, both of Oneida, and a sister, Mrs. Ordis Hooper of Rochester.
The funeral will be at 2 tomorrow from the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home, Oneida. Burial will be in the Verona Cemetery. Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 today,

Arthur H. Arnott Dies in Sherrill
Sherrill – Arthur H. Arnott, of 150 Cottage Pl., Sherrill, died unexpectedly Saturday at his home.
Mr. Arnott was born Sept. 29, 1900, in Verona, the son of Henry and Ida Dygert Arnott and had been a resident of Sherrill for 48 years.
He was employed by Oneida Ltd., and was a member of the CAC and Sherrill Lodge. F&AM.
Mr. Arnott married the former Mary Hughes, Oct, 5, 1929, in Oneida Castle.
Surviving besides his wife are one son, George; a daughter, Mrs. Marilyn Butler, both of Sherrill; a sister, Mrs. Ordis Hooper of Rochester, and one granddaughter.
