Anthony S. Arnold, 69, of West Hartford, beloved husband of Kay W. (Harms) Arnold, died Tuesday (Feb. 28) at Hartford Hospital.
Born in New York, N.Y., he moved to Hartford and had resided in West Hartford since 1972.
Mr. Arnold was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during World War II. Besides his wife he is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Mark A. and Beverly R. Arnold of Rocky Hill, and Peter C. and Stephanie A. Arnold of Bristol; a brother, Chester Arnold of Astoria, N.Y.; a sister, Cecilia Massaro of Merrick, L.I., N.Y.; and two granddaughters, Ashley and Tabitha.
The funeral will be Friday, 11 a.m., at the Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford. Interment with military honors will be in Veterans Cemetery, Middletown. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
