Miss Mary Jane Arnold died at her father's home on Buffalo on 23 inst. She was the eldest daughter and also the eldest child of Uncle Billy Arnold. She had been in delicate health for some time, but her sudden death was a shock to the family and friends. Her last illness was of a short duration, during which a congestion of the stomach set up. Her aged father and step-mother was absent during her illness and demise; they being on a visit to relatives in Kansas. Miss Arnold was past 50 years old having never been married, and always resided with her father.
