Mrs. Hiram Armstrong Laid at Rest at Fort Howard Cemetery - Many Relatives Survive Her.

Mrs. Hiram Armstrong who died at her home on the west side, was laid at rest Saturday afternoon at Fort Howard cemetery. The service over her remains was conducted by Rev. Phelps, the Baptist minister, at home, Mrs. Armstrong's maiden name was Augusta Stevens. She was born at Colrain Mass., Jan. 12, 1851 and was married to Hiram Armstrong at Oshkosh., Aug. 17, 1868/ She leaves to mourn her loss her husband and four children, Dr. Armstrong of Fisk, Mrs. S. E. Conklin of Milwaukee, Margaret of Dond du Lac and Pearl of this city; also one grandson and two sisters, Mrs. Kerr of Bonduel and Mrs. Shepke of Minneapolis. Three brothers, Frank Stevens of Oshkosh, Charles Stevens of Omro and William Stevens of Langdale are also survivors. Mrs. Armstrong made a home during her lifetime for four other bous as follows: Leslie Cushing of Emerson, Archie Armstrong of this city, John Dodge of Waterloo and A. Sather of Eau Claire.
