Mrs. Katherine Armstrong, 61 of Shelbyville, died Sunday, November 8th at the King's Daughters Hospital, Shelbyville. She was a member of the Beech Ridge Baptist Church.

She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Mary Ann) Tindle and Miss Judy Armstrong, both of Eminence, Mrs. William (Gladys) Sea and Mrs. Patsy Jean Martin, both of Shelbyville; three sons, Henry Thomas Armstrong, Paul Dwayne Armstrong and Bobby Joe Armstrong, all of Shelbyville; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Baxter, Route 1, Turners Station; four sisters, Mrs. Leonard ( Lillian) Wilson, Eminence, Mrs. Blanche Adler and Mrs. Cecil (Lucy) Quire, both of Pleasureville and Mrs. David (Susie) Payton, Turners Station; three brothers, Dennis Baxter, Campbellsburg, Harevey Baxter, Jr., Smithfield and Everett Baxter, TurnersStation; 19 grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and 5 step-grand-children.

Funeral services were held 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 10th from Prewitt's New Castle. Rev. Dickson Sutherland, pastor of the Port Royal Baptist Church, officiated. Interment was in the Defoe Cemetery.
