Dollie M. Jackson-- 81 a native of Dallas County, AL. and a resident of Mobile, born December 1, 1926, departed this life Thursday, March 20, 2008 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hunter and Daisy Armstrong, son, three sisters, and brother. She leaves to cherish her memories three sons, James H. Armstrong, Andrew III(Velma), and Richard Jackson, eight daughters, Thelma(Genois) Lockwood, Ella Buford, Louvenia(Wayne) Robinson, Doris, Carolyn and Marilyn(Anthony) Jackson, Melvenia(Donald) Simpson and Janice(Darry) Allen, two sisters, Susie Matthews and Sara Caudle, brother, James Armstrong, thirty-one grands, twenty-four great-grands, a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Thursday, March 27, 2008 from 1-8pm and Friday, March 28, 2008 after 10am until the 12 noon funeral hour Phillips Temple A.O.H. Church, Interment Gethsemane Cemetery, Mobile.
