"Billy," brother Daniel Fernandez, sisters Janet Acosta and Nancy Wilson, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, 20 S. Kukui St. Call after 10 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire.
