James P. was the son of Henry C. and Elizabeth TAYLOR Arbuckle. James married Melinda Owens Sept 13, 1860, Charleston, Tallahatchie County, Mississippi. They had nine children: three sons and six daughters. I have no idea when they moved to Arkansas. They were still in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi in the 1880 census, but were in Arkansas when James P. died in 1893.
