Berna Aragón went to be with our Lord on October 2, 2013.
Berna was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Adela Bachicha.
Berna is survived by her husband of 58 years, Charlie V. Aragón, her children, Dolores (Albert) Sedillo, Paul D. (Lisa Bishop) Aragón, Anna M. Aragón, C. Vincent (Carla) Aragón Jr., Steve Aragón and Roberto (Lynn) Aragón, her brothers, Benny (Teresa) Bachicha and Frank Bachicha, her sister, Irene Lucero, 17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Berna was a very gentle person who loved all her children and grandchildren. Berna was a music teacher who enjoyed bowling and travel. Berna took many cruises, her favorites were Hawaii and the Panama Canal. Berna meant so much to so many. Berna would have said to her family and friends, "God Bless You".
Berna's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation and Rosary held at Salazar Mortuary on Sunday, October 6, 2013 starting at 6:30 p.m. A Catholic Service will be held at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 811 Guaymas Pl. NE, Lomas and Tennessee, on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., followed by burial at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Berna's pallbearers will be Paul Aragón, Steve Aragón, Roberto Aragón, Steven Aragón Jr., James Blackwell and Bobby Thompson Jr. Her honorary pallbearers will be Pastor Orlando Pineda and all her additional grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
