Jennie Roe Anthony, an active member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Queenstown, died at her home in Queenstown on December 30, 1961, at the age of 74. She was the daughter of the Roxanna Morris and James Roe.
She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Anthony, Queenstown; one grandson, Robert C. and one great-grandson, Robert C. Jr., both of Baltimore.
Funeral services were held on January 2, 1962, at the Barton Brothers Chapel, the Rev. James T. Marshall, 2nd, rector of Old Wye Parish, officiating. Pallbearers were Arthur, Joseph and Charles Anthony, Gordon Ridgeway, Robert Nash and Fred Esposite. Interment was in Chesterfield Cemetery.
