Helen Baquet, nee Anthony, 92, of Collinsville, Ill., born Sunday, July 30, 1922, in Collinsville, Ill., died Sunday, February 15, 2015, at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Ill. Helen retired after 24 years from the Morris Agency, Collinsville, Ill., and was a past member of the Anderson Hospital Auxiliary. She also belonged to the Evening Circle at St. John Church. She enjoyed camping, reading, and solving puzzles. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emil H. Baquet, whom she married March 28, 1942; and her parents, Wilson A. "Abe" and Josephine, nee Galbiatti, Anthony. Surviving are a son, Patrick Baquet of Collinsville, Ill.; a daughter, Linda (Gary) Harris of Santa Fe, N.M.; a sister, Hazel Lochmann of Springfield, Ill.; three grandchildren, Lisa Baquet, Matthew (Laura) Harris, and Lauren (James) Sartoris; and two great-grandchildren, Martin Sartoris, and Allison Harris.
