Death of Mrs. Zachariah Anthony
Mrs. Zachariah Anthony, aged 69, died Tuesday morning at 10:15 o'clock, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Thomas, 91 Dowling street, of Bright's disease. Mrs. Anthony is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Thomas, with whom she resided, Mrs. Reese Ashton, of Bethlehem, and Mrs. Adolph Borchert of Allentown; also three grandchildren, Mrs. F. Stanley, David and Charlotte Anthony. Deceased was a resident of town the greater part of her life, an active christian worker and a woman of who was held in the highest esteem. The funeral will be held this afternoon with brief services at her home and Calvinistic Methodist Church by Rev. H. W. Griffiths. Interment will be in Shawnee Cemetery.
