LONG-TIME RESIDENT OF BETHLEHEM AND NATIVE OF SOUTH WHITEHALL
Mrs. Lovina S. Kemmerer Anthony, widow of Tilghman Anthony, died of a complication of diseases at the residence of her brother-in-law, John Anthony, Bethlehem, aged 72 years. She was born in South Whitehall Township, a daughter of Solomon and Madalene Roth Kemmerer. On February 24, 1857, she was married to Mr. Anthony, who died in Bethlehem on July, 23, 1887. The couple had two children, a son, John M., who died in infancy and a daughter, Sophinia, who, at the age of 22 years, died at Coplay.
