Anna M. Anschutz, Wilson, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at the Ellsworth County Medical Center, Ellsworth.
Mrs. Anschutz was born May 31, 1909, at Rozel to Stephen and Josephine Hoch Maixner. She was a lifetime resident of Wilson, where she was a homemaker and a member of the Hypatia Club, E.H.U., and the First Presbyterian Church.
She married Elmer Anschutz Sept. 3, 1929, at Wilson. He died in 1998.
She also was preceded in death by two sons, Loren in 1975 and Richard in 1988 (sic) 1998; and four sisters.
Survivors include: a son, Donald M. Anschutz of Wilson; a daughter, Geraldine Criswell of Wichita; a sister, Lillian Bonnewell of Washington State; a daughter-in-law, Geraldine Anschutz of Louisville, Colo.; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday, May 20, at the First Presbyterian Church, Pastor Ron Lowry officiating. Burial will be in the Wilson City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. today (Thursday) and from 8 a.m. to noon Friday at Foster Mortuary.
Memorials may be made to the Wilson PRIDE committee.
