Born February 15, 1919, in Little Hocking, OH, he was the
Son of the late
Willie G. Angus
and
Mable (Griffith) Angus.
Elmer was a member of Milton United Methodist Church; a Veteran of the US Navy, having served in World War II; and a member of American Legion Post 139. He retired from INCO in 1977 after 36 years of service.
He was also preceded by his
