Loris M. Anger, 90, of Tomah died Thursday, May 21, 2009, at Cranberry Court. She was born to George and Anvelia (Kleppen) Warner in Augusta. She was a member of the Augusta High School graduating class of 1937. She was united in marriage to Harold Anger on Sept. 14, 1940, at Cresco, Iowa. He preceded her in death Feb. 16, 1994. They lived in Black River Falls before moving to Crestview, Fla. She moved to Cranberry Court Assisted Living Center in 1994. Loris was an amazing baker and enjoyed working with her hands. She played the organ. She had a talent for arranging flowers and liked doing all sorts of crafts. She liked to sew and crochet. She also enjoyed working in her flower garden and her lawn. She was a devoted wife and a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by a son, Richard (Marcia) Anger of Tomah; and a daughter, Sharon (Keith) Lieurance of Palm Bay, Fla.; five grandchildren, Dr. Eric (Dr. Jody) Jessup-Anger of Milwaukee, Kathleen (Joe) Anger-Seep of Cazenovia, Joel Lieurance of Austin, Texas, Dinah (Chris) Baptist of Palm Bay, Fla., and Daniel Lieurance of Durham, N.C.; five great-grandchildren Lucy, Jack, Philip and Anne Baptist, and Olivia Jessup-Anger; many other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold; and a sister, Virginia.Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at the Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home, Tomah. Pastor William F. Swan officiated. Burial was in Mount Vernon Cemetery, in the Town of Tomah.
