Pvt Carl A. Angeloff (33709715)of the 1st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 82nd Airborne Division was killed in action on 20 September 1944, at the Wyler church. He was initially buried in a field grave, then in the Temporary American War Cemetery at Neuville-en-Condroz, Belgium on 18 April 1946, in grave H-8-197.
