David was born the son of Ralph William and Janice Ann Wyzard Angelo.

David was a member of Tyler Gospel Chapel in Tyler. He served as a Trustee and had served in the past as School Superintendent for Tyler Gospel Chapel Christian School and as Youth leader for many years.

David was one who gave of himself, always thinking of others. He had a servant's heart, traveling numerous times to Africa, Haiti and across the United States, giving of his time and resources, helping God's people anyway possible. David was an electrician and owner of A.E.I, Dave worked in many homes and businesses in the East Texas communities. He never complained of any hardships that arose.

David was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his loving family including his wife of 34 years, Janey Angelo; 2 sons; a daughter; two granddaughters; mother, Janice Angelo Dyer and husband Eldon and 1 brother.
