Obituary: Funeral services were held Tuesday from Lane Funeral Home in Churchill for James E. Andrews, 81 of Centreville, who died in Memorial Hospital, Easton, after an illness of seven years.

Born in Talbot County on October 12, 1884 he was the son of James L. and Martha Harris Andrews. A Queen Anne's county resident for over 50 years, Mr. Harris was a retired Carpenter. He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Centreville.

Besides his wife, Mrs. Mary Kaufman Andrews he is survived by one brother, Joseph Andrews of Wilmington, Delaware.

Rev. James Cantler of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Centreville officiated at the service.

Pallbearers were: William Kaufman, Herbert Kaufman, Bernard Kaufman, Albert Kaufman, James Usilton and Daniel Clark.

Burial was in Chesterfield Cemetery.
