ANDREWS, James Franklin, 79, of Tampa, passed away September 2, 2009. A lifelong resident of Tampa, Mr. Andrews was a truck driver with Liquid Carbonic for more than 40 years and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Ann Andrews; and sons, James Craig and Michael David Andrews. He is survived by his loving family, daughter, Denise R. (Donald) Litz of Parrish, Fla.; son, Kenneth Allen Andrews; and grand- children, Michael Joseph Borbolla, Hayden E., and Alan J. Litz. Graveside funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday morning, September 8, at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park. The Rev. Bruce Quackenbush will officiate.
