Born in Hunington, TN., son of Charles B. & Alice A. Johnson Anderson. Married Euloa Evelyn Kerley. He was a retired mail carrier & member of the Lamar Ave. Church of Christ. Attended Cooper High School & was a member of the American Legion, the National Association of Letter Carriers & the National Association of Postal Clerks. He served in the Army during World Wars I & II. Surviving are his wife; 1 daughter, Carol Ann Smith of Arlington; 2 sisters, Maude Anderson of Dallas & Eva Knowles of Irving; & 2 grandchildren.' On the same stone with Eula Kerley Anderson. Tombstone is inscribed, 'SFC US Army WWI and WWII.'
