Services for Cleo W. "Andy" Anderson, 89, Baldwin, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Anderson died Friday at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan.
He was born March 23, 1901, in Toby Valley, Pa. He was a former resident of Lawrence, moving here from Pennsylvania 30 years ago. He worked for the Interurban railroad from Lawrence to Kansas City. He later worked as a janitor for KU for several years, worked for the Lawrence Paper Co. for a number of years and then worked as a janitor for Baker University until he retired.
He married Eva Vera Adams in 1931 in Lawrence. She died in 1963.
Survivors include two nieces.
