Dr. Wendell C. Anderson, Nov. 29, 1910 - Aug. 4, 1991, Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at King Memorial Home, Mentone, for Dr. Wendell C. ANDERSON, 80, Indianapolis, who died Aug. 4, 1991 at the Indiana Soldiers Home in Lafayette. Interment of cremains will be in the Sycamore Cemetery, southwest of Mentone. Dr. Anderson was born in Mentone to Dr. Emra and Lena COPLEN ANDERSON. He was with the Indiana State Board of Health from 1938 until his retirement in 1967. He was a graduate of Mentone High School, Indiana University, Indiana University School of Medicine and the University of Michigan with a master's degree in public health. He served in the Army Medical Corps from 1940-1944. Surviving are two sisters, Mildred ANDERSON, Flint, Mich., and Kathleen CAMPLEJOHN, Denver, Colo., and two brothers, Ira ANDERSON, Ohio, and Robert ANDERSON, Sunnyside, Calif.
