Funeral services for J. Preston Anderson of 6322 Stonewall St., will be at 3:30 p.m. today in Coker-Mathews-Peters Chapel with Rev. James McGinlay officiating. Burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery.

Mr. Anderson died at 9 a.m. Saturday in Greenville.

Born in Forney, he was the son of Robert T. Anderson and Dora Martin Anderson. He married Mattylee Mathews on June 22, 1926 in Greenville. He was a furniture manufacturing representative and a member of the University Christian Church in Fort Worth.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mattylee Anderson of Greenville; one daughter, Mrs. John Reutz of Waco; five grandchildren, and one great-grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Pallbearers will be W.R. Wilson, J.B. Briscoe, Paul Horton, R.S. Crawford, H.S. Winans and R.V. Sullinger.
