Lindley I. Anderson, 78, of Rt. 1, West York, died at 9:57 a.m. Friday, July 7, 1989 at Union Hospital, Terre Haute, Ind.
Funeral services were at 11 a.m. today, Monday, at Prust Hosch Funeral Chapel, West Union, with Pastor Don Russell officiating. Burial was in Bailiff Cemetery.
He was born Oct. 4, 1910 in Hutsonville Township, Crawford County, Ill. to James and Margaret Lindley Anderson.
He was a retired farmer.
Surviving are his wife, Kathy Young Anderson; daughter, Marlene Scott of Roselawn, Ind.; brothers, Lee of Sandoval, John of Hutsonville, Dee of Hammond, Ind. and Gearld of Terre Haute; step-mother, Esther Anderson of Sullivan, Ind.; step-son, Randy Herrman of Indianapolis; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
