At the age of 74. Predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Irene Webb. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 51 years, Donald Anderson and her four children; three sons, Greg (Cyndy) Anderson of Regina, Tim (Sharon) Anderson of Langley, B.C. and Donald (Lisa) Anderson of Regina; one daughter, Pam (Curtis) Hoiland of Porcupine Plain, SK; 8 grandchildren she cherished, Teri, Rae-Lynn, Trevor, Kevin, Kelsey, Haley, Jade and Connor and one great granddaughter, Jaycee. Also survived by two brothers, Reg (Barb) Webb and Ralph (Janet) Webb all of Penticton, B.C.; one sister, Joyce Schell of North Battleford, SK and numerous nieces and nephews. Beryl was a very special person and had a very active life raising four children, working full time and volunteering many hours to charity. Born and raised in North Battleford, SK, she moved to Regina in 1950 to work at SaskPower. She met Donald at St. Mary's Anglican Church later that year and they were married in 1953. She retired from SaskPower in June of 1991. Beryl was very active in the churches she attended St. Mary's, St. Michael's and St. Matthew's Anglican Churches. She sang in the choir, was on the vestry, the alter guild, she held the position of the peoples warden, organized pie socials and was the president of the friendship group. Beryl had a beautiful singing voice and loved to sing. She sang solos at many weddings and funerals. Beryl was a member of United Commercial Travelers and was senior council for three years raising money for cancer research, Sophia House and the Cochran Development Center. Beryl was also a member of the I.O.D.E. charity organization. Beryl was very active with the Qu'Appelle House senior's home singing to the residents and helping them have a more fulfilling life. Beryl was also a member in the Christian Women's group and organized a bible study group. When she worked for SaskPower, Beryl was a member of the SaskPower Singers. Above all else, Beryl was a terrific mom, grandma and wife. She was a very kind and thoughtful person, who brought the best out of people and made the world a better place. With her passing there is a void in many people's lives that will never be filled. Funeral Service will be held at St. Matthew's Anglican Church, 2161 Winnipeg St. on Friday, August 6, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Derek Nicholls officiating. Interment will follow in Regina Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations in Beryl's memory may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation, 2320 15th Ave., Regina, SK, S4P 1A2. Beryl's family would like to thank the wonderful staff of the Intensive Care Unit at the Pasqua Hospital for all their good work and compassion.
