A native of Elkhorn, Wis., the Rev. Anderson had made his home in Darien for the past 15 years. He had been pastor of Northside Baptist Church in Darien for the last eight years.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Northside Baptist Church with the Rev. Timothy Dubeau officiating.
Burial will follow in Palmetto Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Candy Anderson; a son, Joel Robert Anderson of Darien; and a brother, John Anderson of Lone Rock, Wis.
