Arthur Elba Anderson, 91, of Denton, died Sunday at Denton Nursing Center.
He was born July 15, 1894 in Corinth and married Bertha Naugher.
He served in the U.S. Army during WWI and was a member of the American Legion.
A Baptist, he was a member of the Downtown Men's Bible Class and was retired from the Williams Store.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday with Dr. Wayne Blankenship officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Bertha; a sister, Grace Landreth of Oklahoma City, OK; and one nephew, Jimmie Naugher of Denton.
