She was a 20-year teacher with Rinehart Handwriting Co. She lived here since 1977 and was a member of the Second Baptist Church. She was a volunteer handwriting teacher with the Special Olympics and volunteered at Suffield and Bridge Street schools.
She leaves a son, David of Tunbridge, VT; a daughter, Jane Blake of Suffield; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
