He has worked on over 20 correctional facilities and other various projects in the US and overseas. His knowledge of the business and his leadership skills, wetre exceptional. He made many friends along the way.
He loved his family. Spending precious time with them meant the most. He loved traveling; his travel took him to places like, Italy, Australia, and Ireland. He loved going to Anaheim Angels Games, takeing his kids and grandkids to the beach, eating in fine restaurants, and found pleasure in growing roses in his gardens. He was an avid collector of Thomas Kinkaid paintings. He was recently working on completing a family retreat in Island Park, where his family can now go in his memory. His will to live was amazing. Kipp was an Elder in the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints.

Finally special thanks need to be given to his wonderful mother and father, who have cared for him so tenderly and unselfishly through his cancer battle and for his son, Jordan, who dilligently stayed by his dad's side through the last four weeks untill his dad's passing. Thanks also to Charlie Walden, for his friendship and generosity. The family has given an original Thomas Kinkad painting to Charlie and because of Kipp's devotion to the company; they also have donated a couple of rose plants to be transplanted int the Walden Structures company gardens, in his memory. WE LOVE YOU, DAD! You're in our hearts forever!!!
