Gay Nell Killpack Anderson
BEAR RIVER CITY -- Gay Nell Killpack Anderson, 62, died, Friday, November 27, 1992 at tier home of cancer.

She was born February 20, 1930 in Huntington, a daughter of Grover Cleveland and Orilda Kirby Killpack.

She married Dwight Riley Anderson on October 3, 1951 in the Logan LDS Temple.

She was reared and educated in Huntington and graduated from Emery High School. She lived and worked in St. George until her marriage then moved to Bear River City where she lived until the time of tier death.

She worked as a Secretary/Librarian at the Bear River Elementary School for 13 years. She also worked as a relief clerk at the Bear River Post Office.

Mrs. Anderson was a member of, the Bear River 1st Ward where she had served as Ward Librarian, Sunday School Teacher, Primary Teacher, a Visiting Teacher, was in the Relief Society Presidency, and sang in the choir. She was an officiator in the Ogden LDS Temple and had served a mission with her husband in the Montana Billings Mission in 1989and 1990.

Survivors include her husband of Bear River City, one son and two daughters and their spouses: Mark Dwight and Carol Anderson, and Annette Harris, all of Bear River City, Jennifer and Larry Morris, of Howell; eight grandchildren; two brothers and four sisters: Jethro Killpack, of Price; Judd Killpack, of Beaverton, OR; Mrs. Ronald (Pauline) Leonard, of Brigham City; Mrs. Edith Burgess, of Murray; Mrs. Helen Petersen, of Ogden; and Mrs. LaRaine (Beulah) McArthur, of St. George; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Marjorie Killpack, of Ogden. Two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted Wed., Dec. 2nd at 12 noon in the Bear River Ward Chapel with Bishop's Counselor Roland Slander officiating. Friends may call at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home in Tremonton on Tues. from 6-8 p.m. and at the church Wed. from 10:30-11:45 a.m.

Interment will be in the Bear River City Cemetery.

Family suggests donations to the LDS Missionary Fund.
