Florida Times Union Obituary dated January 25, 1952 "James Farley Anderson of 402 E. Duval St., a Pullman conductor for 20 years, died yesterday following a long illness. Anderson was a native of Baker County and came to Jacksonville 52 years ago. He was a member of the Methodist Church (Ortega Methodist Church Member, see file). Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Edward D. West of Jacksonville and Mrs. Evelyn Ellis of California; five sons, Clyde and Glen Anderson of Jacksonville, Owen Anderson of Dayton, Oh., Earl Anderson of Macon, Ga., and Drew Anderson of Brackettville, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Florida Johnson of Starke, Fl.; one brother, O. J. Anderson of Moniac, Ga.; 20 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Seashole Funeral Parlors." Additional source: Florida Death Certificate #961.
