Coeina Joline (Hall) Anderson, 83 was born September 9, 1931 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to True C and Christi Ethyle Jamisen Hall. Coeina died at 12:50 PM August 14, 2015 at Norman Regional Medical Center of Congestive Heart Failure, with her son, Robert, granddaughters Christi and Kim by her side as they spoke to her until her last breath.

Known as Skeet to her family and friends, she was the last survivor of nine siblings, having been preceded in death by her parents, husband Christopher Mayo “Andy” Anderson, son Jerry Dale Bristow, brothers and sisters True C Hall, Jr., Nina Marie Marshall, Rose Z Montgomery, Ray Dale Hall, Frank W. Hall, Betty Jean Weaver, Ethyle Bee Kawiaka, and Jerry P. Hall and Great Grandson Brian Lee Bristow, who she raised.

Skeet married Andy Anderson April 5, 1954 in Wichita, Kansas. They had one son together.

Skeet will have a lasting legacy. Throughout her life, Skeet developed a very close bond with all of her children, and her grandchildren, especially Christi who was not only her child, but her special friend.

That legacy continued as in 1970, Granddaughter Christi was born which formed an unbreakable bond.

In 1989 she continued that bond with Great Grandson Brian and raised him until his tragic death in 2012. The legacy continued with Great-Great Granddaughter Hailie Jones. Their bond was so close, just prior to Skeet’s death, Hailie willed her to keep going and she did. All of her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren were her life.

Skeet also found troubled children, worked with them, and led them to positive lives. She was the founding Den Mother of the Cub Scout Pack at Southern Hills Elementary.

Skeet is survived by her son and his girlfriend Robert M. Anderson and Roberta Henry of Oklahoma City, step daughter Diann Anderson of Cripple Creek, Colorado; Grandchildren Christi Bristow, Kim Nelson both of Oklahoma City; step grandson the Reverend Christopher B. Anderson, Jr. of Berwick, Louisiana; Great Grandchildren: Christopher Bristow of Moore, Sadie Bristow, Tori Wynn and Katelyn Vaughn of Oklahoma City; Andrew Nelson and Kayla Davidson both of Enid; Great-Great Grandchildren Hailie Jones and Brian C.
